Reinforced natural recycled PA6 pellets
PA6 (Polyamide 6)
PA6 features relatively high mechanical strength and good toughness, along with excellent wear resistance and self‑lubricity. Its melting point ranges from 215 °C to 220 °C. It has a wide processing‑temperature window and is easy for molding. Compared with PA66, PA6 achieves better impact resistance and solvent resistance, yet it exhibits higher water absorption. This property causes dimensional variation and partial mechanical‑property fluctuation of finished products as ambient humidity changes.
Main Applications
Fiber products: the largest consumption field, accounting for approximately 70% of total demand. Widely applied in textiles such as undergarments, stockings and sportswear; industrial yarn including tire cord fabrics and air‑bag fabrics; as well as carpet yarns.
Engineering‑plastic applications: with favorable mechanical performance, PA6 is processed into various industrial components, for instance wear‑resistant transmission parts including bearings, gears and pulleys. In the automotive industry, it is adopted for engine hood covers, intake manifolds, fuel hoses and other parts to realize lightweight by metal replacement.
Films & packaging: PA6 can be used for producing biaxially oriented polyamide film (BOPA). Possessing outstanding barrier property and puncture resistance, such films are mainly used as packaging materials for food and medical‑supplies.
Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property parameters.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
